Somabotics Research Accepted for International Symposium on the Internet of Sounds

PhD candidate Marco Amerotti and lead of Somabotics Traditionable Machines project is among the authors of the accepted poster, Deploying an AI Music Performance System on a Smart Mandolin, which will be presented at the International Symposium on the Internet of Sounds in Cannes, France, from 28-30 October.
This work co-authored by Gregorio Andrea Giudici, Bob Sturm, Steve Benford and Luca Turchet explores the development and deployment of an AI-enabled music performance system integrated into a smart mandolin.
The Symposium provides an interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, industry leaders, and educators to share emerging research, technological innovations, and current challenges across the Internet of Sounds ecosystem.
The acceptance of this poster provides an excellent opportunity to showcase research arising from the Somabotics Fellowship to a global audience, and highlights a continued contribution to advancing new, innovative approaches crossing artificial intelligence, music, and creative practice.
