The Fourth UK AI Conference, Hilton Hotel, Nottingham
The Turing AI Fellowship ‘Somabotics: Creatively Embodying AI’ was proud to host the Fourth UK AI conference at the Hilton Hotel, Nottingham on 29-30 September 2026. The two-day event was attended by over 100 Early Career Researchers and Students spanning the UK, who gathered to share their AI-related research. The programme featured 3 keynote speakers, a wide range of plenary presentations, poster sessions and two lively panel sessions and provided opportunities for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas across disciplines.
The conference showcased research spanning the full breadth of AI, from machine learning theory and computer vision to robotics, ethics, and trustworthy AI. Attendees explored both the technical foundations of AI and its growing real-world applications, reflecting the diversity and strength of the UK’s AI research landscape.
The opportunity to deliver presentations and participate in poster sessions provided a valuable platform for researchers at all career stages to present emerging work, receive valuable feedback, and build new connections.
